About Me

I'm an experienced freelance writer, copy editor, proofreader and poet based in Cardiff, with a keen interest in mental health, social issues, addiction and my one great passion: music. I have a BA in English literature and a particular passion for 21st Century American fiction, with a special interest in David Foster Wallace and the works of J.D Salinger.

I have experience in music journalism, content writing, copy writing and editing, proofreading, blog writing, fashion writing, travel journalism and hard-hitting features. My areas of expertise include bipolar disorder, ASD, depression, anxiety, impulse control disorders, cat health, and British alternative music.

I also chip away endlessly at my debut novel ‘Dola’, a black-comedy featuring serial murder on an international scale, all shades of queerness, psychiatry, assassins and an exploding cruise ship.
